Service Level 1 - Maintenance Service
SCOPE: Visit your location to check equipments functionality. We clean, lubricate and check durability of the equipment.

Check Functioning
Equipments working functions will be checked completely.

Clean & Lubricate
Equipments will be cleaned thoroughly and lubricated using high quality oils.

Tightness
Equipments hardware will be checked for rigidity, stiffness and durability.

Minor Issues Detected
If any minor issues like Noise, Slipping, Loose connections identified, that will be rectified immediately.

Major Issues Detected
If major issues which require spares identified, we provide the best possible quotation the same day.

Replace Spare Parts
After approval of quotation we will replace the spare and service the equipment within 3 working days.

For major issues, genuine spare parts will be replaced based on spare availability.

Warranty
– 6 months warranty for replaced spares.
– 3 months warranty for serviced spares.

We will do an advanced precise testing after approval of quotation.
